At Ashley, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to ensure your furniture and decor shopping experience is seamless from delivery to potential return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping materials to ensure they remain protected and undamaged during the transit process.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Shipment

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
